technincians. We service both digital and analog photo-finishing equipment
while offering support to your lab through on-site and technical phone
support services.
We are able to minimize the expenses that are passed on to most customers
by their manufacturers. You will see this in comparing our fee schedules
to those you are currently being charged by your equipment manufacturer.
Also, strategically positioning the location of our technicians throughout
the United States allows us to travel to outlying locations readily,
thus minimizing travel costs.
One of our technicians may have already visited your store for repair
service and you didn’t even know it. Because of our manufacturer
relationships, we have done large volumes of service while representing
the manufacturer. Our technicians are trained by the manufacturer
according to their equipment specifications. Additionally, ImmageTech
maintains operating equipment in-house to supplement and maintain
training to ensure that our technical staff meets our service standards.
We will do our best to ensure that our customers receive superior
technical service. We warranty our service for 30 days, installations
for 90 days, and the manufacturer’s warranty would apply to
parts. We do not charge for service or travel time on “call
backs” that may be necessary due to the oversight of the technician
as long as ImmageTech is called back for the correction.
